Articles of the Society articles by hkh Our articles represent the sentiments and logic for which we base the society; relating common factors between people and companion animals. In todays world, the effects of the human race (land expansions, development, population growth, resorts, escavating, mining, war and people invented incidences) have literally wiped out species of living, breathing, breeding creatures. And while Mother Nature roars and natural disasters occur, the Earth is afterall a planet and things do change, so that is to be expected. (however those caught in the pain of those disasters walk on two legs AND four legs - no matter what the species, there is suffering) What the human races have done, is yet another topic altogether. All animals alone need protecting to survive even those in the wild but especially companion animals - who - like people, need a home, a family and love. If they don't have those neccessities of life, they are homeless and without protection or care, they get bogged down by the hardships of survival and get sick (much like people) and suffer till death. Street people have better luck than the animals do, which is why our articles bring attention to the subject matter. They are not simply pesky varments (whether cat or dog), who intentionally rip apart garbage to purposely annoy people and should be shot - bottom line is they are starving and trying to make it through one more day. Let's face it, anything that's alive whether human or animal, is digging in garbage, it's because the essential of life is missing - food. A few of our articles are off linked through our Publisher, where additional points or debates are brought to light by viewers and other members.
