The Great Lakes, that centers between Canada and the United States, is THE Largest Body of Fresh Water in the WORLD and what have we done with it? We've polluted it so bad that even if we started extensive measures to clean them up, the task wouldn't be completed in most of our lifetimes! We'd be dead before they'd be a living body of water again. Years ago, Ontario use to have swimmers swimming Lake Ontario to the state side. This annual accomplishment represented the sporty and healthy shape of Canadian Challenges. This feat has been haulted for 15 or so years due to athletic swimmers getting sick from swallowing the water! The Great Lakes, if not polluted, WOULD IN FACT, be able to Feed the Starving Population of the World with Fish from it's waters! That's a sad fact and consequently millions go hungry and die every year - due to industry and pollution! What can be done about this and other deteriorating natural resources of our planet? Plenty if we start NOW! Take the Emissions Challenge and help make a difference, let's make sure that future generations, wildlife and our planet have a fighting chance - at tomorrow!
