The Media We've Received, has promoted our services that are above what was expected of us and our need for sponsors as we seek to relocate. We are located in one of the largest counties in S. Alberta, however, there was no shelter prior to our arrival, while there are several who have secretly committed themselves to helping strays that require assistance. We look forward to bringing these people aboard and require stability to do so. City Folk, sometimes have a hard time understanding the difference between rural and city lifestyles, which has greatly hindered our progress. Shelters and their causes are relatively a new concept in the rural farming community where we are located, which explains why there was none prior to us. Every community needs one or more shelters. We stress on a regular basis, that every community has strays or lost animals. Our community is no different - the imporatnce is - how the community deals with the issue. We are setting examples that promote the goodness of our County and have been seeing our concepts and examples demonstrated through other shelters across Canada. We are presently seeking to relocate within the county and require public assistance to stabalize and progress with our Animal Assisted Therapeutic Programs that help children, the physically handicapped and seniors.
